"Its been 6 months since I bought my 09 FXD. I have since experienced every aspect of the dealership. Starting with Dax in sales (great customer orienated person).With Denise in Finance (She got me a better rate than i could get at my own bank!!) The guys at the parts counter always there to help, Service department..what can I say a great group as well with good advice as well. 1st service went without a hitch and with the new add on's well lets say it runs even better!
The sales people in clothing always helpfull.. My only compalaint and its not really a complaint is I wish their were more clothing for .. Well lets say the more "Stout" rider LOL
Highly recomended Dealership.

"I honestly felt that I was dealing with family (the ideal family and not the real family that we all have, with the creepy uncle you never talk to and the cousin on probation). Even during one of their busiest days of the year, Dax sat down, shot the BS with me, and took his time despite the fact that he could have sold 2-3 more bikes while patiently dealing with me. It didn't feel like doing business with family it, it was doing business with family. "

"What Can I add to the amount of great press that Z&M has so far? Well it the people that make the business a great success, from the owners, whao met with me, and service who catered to my schedule, and most of all the salesmen. Dax is the first salesmen that has had unlimited time to spend with me over the past several years, and up till the time when I said I am ready for the purchaes, he has been more than helpful. Even the other sales people always are willing to help out, and not jumping over each other to make a sale.

"Harley number 4,,,and by far was the best sales service I rec'd. First 2 Harleys bought thru military sales, one while in Japan and the other bought and picked up at a stateside location, neither of which came with ANY service after the sale...the 3rd was bought at a "other" local western pa store, and there was no quality service either before during and after the sale. The salesman at Z & M meat all and then some of the expectations and concerns of my recent purchase in June of this year. At my midlife age, I dont really know if there will ever be another NEW harley again, but I dont want to say never, and I know for what ever "Harley Needs" I have, it will always be from Z&M..Thanks for everything and have HAPPY HOLIDAYS...."

"I was transfered to the Pittsburgh area recently and I have purchased some parts and have used your service department a couple times. Recently on Oct. 19th I was on vacation and out for one of the last rides of the season when I notice a strange engine noise. I was not too far from your shop so I rode on in. Your folks at your service dept. were great. A mechanic came out and listened to my engine... decided it was something in my primary. It was late in the day so he said it might be tomorrow by the time the bike cooled down enough to work on. So I said that I would bring it back the next day... He was very concerned about me riding it due to the fact that the primary could lock up causing an accident. He took the bike back, put a fan on to cool it down(I'm sure it was still hot when he was working on it) found the probem, and got me on my way. Now I am not so impressed by the quick fix, although I do appreciate it. But I WAS truely impressed by the genuine concern for my safety, and the fact that your mechanic was willing to go ahead and work on my bike even if it was a liitle hot. I just wanted to say "Thanks" again. I mentioned earlier that I was transfered into the area, so I did not purchase my current Harley Road King from you, but I do know where I will be purchasing my next one.... With service like you have demonstrated why would I even consider anyone else. Keep up the great work... I'll be sure to tell people about my positive experience at Z & M. Steve Haney"
